何謂專業?

專業就是 "能做到非業內做不到的事"-- 諸如提供資訊, 解決困難, 滿足需求等等.

用這幾個條件來篩選, 我竟然找不到真正專業的房仲... (我在找理想中的房子)
房仲提供給我的資訊總不見真實的根據, 而且只專注在滿足他們自己的需求--賣自家的案件

多希望他們能跨越同業的競爭屏障來滿足我的需求
